WP1: Project Management and Coordination

WP1 aims to guarantee the network’s coordination and administrative and financial management to ensure the quality and sustainability of internal communication and project activities. The work package includes the following objectives:

• Ensure the project delivery is smooth and efficient.
• Ensure the quality of the project activities.
• Foster inclusiveness and social responsibility.
• Provide a framework for the management of all data produced within the project promoting Open Access.
• Promote long-term sustainability of the ValEUs network.

ValEUs is structured in a decentralised way as each partner institution coordinates the implementation of specific tasks, activities or events across the six work packages. Each work package entails specific tasks (light blue), which can include multiple activities and/or events (green).
